Our Dance Conditioning classes focus on maintaining, preparing, improving and strengthening overall body function, flexibility and core stabilisers for dance. The core excersies offer increasedstrength through correct placement whilst minimizing injuries and enhancing your performance.
This class is designed for students wishing to advance their core strength and flexibily in a controlled and supervised manner. Designed for Ballet students, however we also encourage other styles to participate as core strength is important in safe dance practices.
iDance Echuca now has registered PBT coaches (Progressing Ballet Technique) and offers weekly classes for junior and senior students. Find out more about PBT here.
