Our Dance Conditioning classes focuses on maintaining, preparing, improving and strengthening overall body function, flexibility and core stabilisers for dance. The core excersies offer increasedstrength through correct placement whilst minimizing injuries and enhancing your performance.


This class is designed for students wishing to advance their core strength and flexibily in a controlled and educated manner. Designed for Ballet students, however we also encourage other styles to participate as core strength is important in safe dance practices.
