iDance Echuca’s Preschool Jazz / Acro classes provide a fun, energetic, and structured introduction to dance for young students. These classes are designed to support children as they explore movement, music, and coordination in a positive and encouraging environment.

Each class typically includes a warm-up, basic jazz movement, introductory acrobatic skills, rhythm and coordination activities, and creative movement. Students are supported to participate independently while learning to follow instructions, take turns, and move confidently within a group setting.

We offer the following preschool groupings:

• Baby – for pre-Kindergarten students

• Kinder – for Kindergarten-aged students

On selected days, a combined Preschool Jazz / Acro class for children aged 3–5 years

 

At the heart of our Baby and Kinder programs is a strong focus on creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for beginner dancers. Our curriculum blends age-appropriate jazz technique with basic acrobatic skills, encouraging strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility through safe and structured activities.

Students will develop coordination, balance, confidence, and body awareness while exploring movement in a fun and engaging way. These classes help establish strong foundational dance skills and provide a smooth transition into our school-age jazz and acrobatics programs.
